Solution for 12366 tax paying service platform for tax system
The establishment of the 12366 tax service’s hotline system distributes into two levels, which are province administration and central administration. It will use the province as the unit to build independent, complete and face the tax payer’s 12366 tax service’s hotline system, and in the meantime, establishing the monitoring and management system at the central administration for the internal system’s national 12366 tax service’s hotline system.
It will use the province as the unit to construct national multi-point calling center system and establish unified management platform at the central administration, providing centralized management for the national multi-point calling centers. The inter-province network has the following two models.
1.1.1 Mode one: centralized insert, control and call out at province level.
It will establish centralized control center for the entire province, which will integrate the province’s voice control, CTI system, IVR server and the recording server. The 12366 calls will be integrated jointed in at province level, the automatic voice service will be completed at the province level, the personal service will automatic switch to the province’s personal center or switch back to the city’s personal center for processing. The calling out business, including the calling for reporting and paying, will be realized at province level. The larger city will be equipped with remote end modules. The network’s pattern is shown as below.
1.1.2 Mode two: integrated join-up and control at province level, call out at distributed districts and cities.
The establishment of the province-integrated control center to realize the entire province’ integrated voice control, CTI system, IVR server and the recording server. The 12366 calls will be integrated jointed in at province level, the automatic voice service will be completed at the province level, the personal service will automatic switch to the province’s personal center or switch back to the city’s personal center for processing. The calling out business will be realized at province level. The network’s pattern is shown below.
